License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Yingo for your own language learning. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its content except as allowed by law.

Purchases

• Yingo Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks all courses. It is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your devices via "Restore purchases".
• All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policy; we cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, use Apple's "Report a Problem".

Acceptable use

Use Yingo lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend.

Content

Learning content is provided for educational purposes and may be updated, added, or removed over time. We aim for accuracy but make no guarantee that every example is error-free.

Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, {{DEVELOPER}} is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
